Our Gateway Experiences can be booked directly online when your plans meet the booking requirements.

If you are traveling with 2–6 participants, have selected your preferred experience and dates, have reviewed our Preparation & Readiness information, and are booking at least 10 days before departure, you can proceed directly to the reservation on the experience page.

This request form is for travelers who:

• Are traveling solo and would like to explore the possibility of joining a shared group

• Need help choosing between our EcoLodge-Based and Into the Wild Camping experiences

• Are unsure which duration or departure date is most appropriate

• Have questions before making a reservation

• Are planning to travel within the next 10 days

• Have another circumstance that requires assistance before booking
