Please note that within the next 72 hours, we will contact you via WhatsApp using the number you provided in your reservation form. After that, you will be added to a group chat where you will virtually meet the other travelers who will be joining your Expedition—unless you have booked a Private Expedition.

If we take longer than 72 hours to contact you, it may be because you did not provide a valid WhatsApp number or because our entire team is currently out of signal range while exploring the Amazon jungle.

Once we’ve established contact with you via WhatsApp, you will receive periodic updates about the growth of your group, as well as important information when necessary.

In the meantime, we have attached several important forms on this page that require your attention. These must be carefully completed and sent to the following email address:

No later than 30 days before the start date of your Expedition!

If we do not receive the properly completed forms within the timeframe specified in this message,
we will not be held responsible for any organizational errors or delays in preparing your Expedition.
