REQUEST AN EXPEDITION
A Review-Based Entry Process
Participation in Amazon Expeditioners programs is not booked instantly.
Every request is reviewed to ensure alignment with the expedition’s demands, values, and structure. This protects the safety of participants, the integrity of the programs, and the Indigenous hunters who guide them.
Before continuing, please take a brief moment to ensure this process — and the nature of these expeditions — aligns with your expectations and intentions.
Before You Request
These expeditions are not tourism, retreats, adventure travel, or commercial survival courses.
They are Indigenous hunter–led nomadic survival immersions rooted in discipline, adaptation, presence, and real subsistence life within the Amazon rainforest.
You should proceed only if you:
-
Have read the program page(s) in detail
-
Understand these programs involve discomfort, uncertainty, and limited flexibility
-
Are prepared to follow Indigenous authority, boundaries, and daily rhythm
-
Are seeking immersion, not entertainment or a curated experience
-
Are mentally and physically ready for remote rainforest conditions
-
Are serious about participating and not casually inquiring
If you are still exploring options or gathering general information, we recommend reviewing the Preparation & Readiness pages before submitting a request.

How the Request & Booking Process Works
Amazon Expeditioners operates through a structured review system designed to ensure that every participant is genuinely aligned with the realities of Indigenous hunter–led survival immersions.
These programs are not instant bookings.
There are four defined stages. Each stage has a clear purpose, a specific document, and a direct next step.
STEP 1 — Formal Request Submission
Regardless of how you first make contact (WhatsApp, email, social media, etc.), all inquiries are redirected to our official Request an Expedition page.
This form is mandatory.

STEP 2 — Alignment Review & Determination

This is not an automated process.

If alignment is not confirmed:
You will receive a brief formal notification that your request has not been approved.
Due to the nature of these programs, detailed explanations are not always provided.
STEP 3 — Reservation & Deposit
If you choose to proceed:
-
A secure Stripe payment link is issued
-
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat
-
Upon receipt, your expedition is formally confirmed
-
Field permits and logistical preparations begin immediately
At this stage, the expedition dates and group composition are finalized.
STEP 4 — Confirmation & Final Preparation
Following deposit confirmation, you will receive:
-

-
A Personal & Travel Information (EXCEL) Form
This EXCEL form must be completed accurately and returned no later than 30 days before the start of the expedition.
This final stage ensures readiness, safety, and operational clarity before arrival.
